Ingredients
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk (optional, for extra fluffiness)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
¼ cup diced bell peppers
¼ cup diced onions
¼ cup chopped spinach
2 tablespoons diced cooked ham, bacon, or cooked sausage (optional)
1 teaspoon butter or cooking spray
Instructions
Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and slightly frothy.
Add the Fillings
Stir in the cheese, bell peppers, onions, spinach, and cooked meat if using.
Prepare the Pan
Lightly grease a small air fryer-safe baking dish, cake pan, or silicone pan with butter or cooking spray.
Fill the Pan
Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
Air Fry
Preheat the air fryer to 340°F (170°C) for 2–3 minutes.
Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set in the center.
Serve
Carefully remove the pan from the air fryer. Let the omelet rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm with toast, avocado, fresh fruit, or a side salad.

Swap cheddar for feta, Swiss, or pepper jack cheese.
Avoid overfilling the omelet to ensure even cooking.
Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer model and pan size.

Refrigerator: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Reheat: Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 2–3 minutes or microwave for 30–60 seconds.
