Zero-Carb Carnivore Tortillas (3 Ingredients)
Soft, flexible, and incredibly easy to make, these Zero-Carb Carnivore Tortillas are perfect for wraps, tacos, quesadillas, or sandwich replacements. Made with only 3 simple ingredients, they’re high-protein, low-carb, and ideal for carnivore or keto lifestyles!
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz (55g) cream cheese
Instructions
1. Melt the Cheese
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
Microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
2. Add the Eggs
Let the cheese mixture cool slightly for 1–2 minutes so the eggs don’t scramble.
Add the eggs and whisk everything together until smooth and fully combined.
3. Blend the Batter
For the smoothest tortillas, pour the mixture into a blender or use an immersion blender for 20–30 seconds.
The batter should be thin and pourable.
4. Cook the Tortillas
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly grease if needed.
Pour about 1/4 cup batter into the pan and quickly swirl it into a thin circle.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until the edges lift easily and the bottom is golden.
Carefully flip and cook another 1–2 minutes on the other side.
Repeat with remaining batter.
5. Cool & Use
Place tortillas on a plate and let them cool slightly. They become more flexible as they cool.
Use for tacos, wraps, breakfast burritos, or carnivore quesadillas.

Tips
