- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
Step 2: Make the Phyllo Cups
Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush lightly with melted butter or olive oil. Layer 3 sheets together. Cut into squares large enough to fit muffin cups.
Press layered phyllo squares gently into muffin tin cavities to create cups. Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets.
Step 3: Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine sautéed spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, egg, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
