Ingredients

For the Sliders

1 French bread loaf

1 lb (450g) lean ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Garlic Butter

3 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Filling

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.

Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small crumbles.

Drain excess grease.

Mix in:

Worcestershire sauce

Italian seasoning

Smoked paprika

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Salt

Black pepper

Cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the Bread

Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.

If desired, remove a little of the soft bread from the center to make room for the filling.

Step 3: Assemble

Spread half of the mozzarella over the bottom half of the bread.

Evenly spoon the seasoned beef mixture over the cheese.

Top with cheddar cheese and the remaining mozzarella.

Place the top half of the bread on top.

Step 4: Make Garlic Butter

Mix together:

Melted butter

Garlic powder

Dried parsley

Salt

Brush generously over the top of the bread.

Step 5: Air Fry

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.

Carefully place the stuffed French bread into the air fryer basket.

Cook for 8–10 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 6: Slice & Serve

Remove carefully and let rest for 2 minutes.

Slice into individual sliders.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Tips

Add sliced pepperoni, cooked bacon, or jalapeños for extra flavor.

Use provolone, Monterey Jack, or pepper jack cheese for a different twist.

Avoid overfilling the bread so it cooks evenly.

For an extra crispy crust, brush a little garlic butter on the cut sides before assembling.
