Ingredients
Cheese Bread
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Filling
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crispy
- 4 slices roast beef, turkey, or chicken
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter

- Extra mozzarella

- Pepperoni slices
Instructions
1. Prepare the Cheese Bread
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 30–40 seconds until melted and easy to stir.
Add the egg and parmesan cheese, then mix until a thick dough forms.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten into a thin rectangle about ¼-inch thick.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and slightly crispy around the edges.
Allow it to cool for a few minutes, then cut into 4 equal sandwich-sized pieces.
2. Assemble the Sandwich
Layer cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, and sliced meat between two cheese bread pieces. Repeat for the second sandwich.
For extra richness, add a fried egg or additional melted cheese inside.
3. Crisp the Sandwich
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy, golden, and perfectly melty inside.
The outside becomes deliciously crunchy while the inside stays gooey and cheesy.
